Quilt Trail
The Franklin County Historical Society is now part of the Franklin County Quilt Trail.  The pattern they chose was The Cabin.  The Franklin County Historical Society is proud to be represented.  Many attended the event on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 in Carnesville.  Since Royston is having visitors coming to see our patterns, we hope to have another soon.

Newcomer packets for potential residents looking to  relocate to our community are available at the Welcome Center. For information contact:

Better Home Town Four Points

The Royston BHT Office along with Lavonia BHT are the representatives from Franklin County working with the Lake Hartwell Alliance for the upcoming tournaments in August.  The first event was in 2010 and was a huge success.  The hopes are for this year to be even better.  Our community will benefit as many of the visitors are in town to watch the athletes prepare for the Jet Ski Tournament and will stay over a few days to enjoy the area.  Royston will have a booth at the three day event to encourage them to visit our town.  As the date gets closer, I will provide you all with information so you can enjoy the event.

Save the date for the upcoming Gospel Fest on Friday, October 7th and the Fall Festival on Saturday, October 8th.

Welcome to new business Timps and Toes located in Rumors Hair Salon on Ty Cobb Street.
